Organisation for Port Hills Cluster sharing – Chisnallwood Intermediate School

Wednesday 22 July 3.15pm-4.30pm (ish)

Once all the lead teachers have completed this draft, I will organize rooms etc and email you with a format, map and confirmed spaces.

Please have this list completed for me by Friday 3rd July __

Presenters
Each school needs to have a person or team to share. They will be sharing twice. The time they have to present is 15minutes. I would suggest Chisnallwood & Heaton put in one more presentation each as they are bigger.

Here are some presentation suggestions:
Wiki spaces-teach others how to use our own cluster site, mimmio games to enhance learning, photostory 3-mosaics, interactive whiteboard use, online teaching tools, Comic life, Wiki used for homework, Digital photos for reporting to parents, Good use of scanners and photos, Wiki as admin tool, wiki as collaborative tool, useful web 2.0 tools, Useful freeware, Curriculum specific ideas maybe e.g.Math, Reading etc.

Teachers
Teachers can choose what they will be going to at each session.

Format Guideline

3.15pm meet & greet (Hall)

Session 1 3.30pm-3.45pm (various classrooms)
Session 2 3.50pm-4.05pm (various classrooms)

4.05-approx 4.30pm – wine & cheese (Library)

Write which tools are required to present your workshop. Whether you need a data projector, computers etc. Just ask for it!
FYI – all our classes are online & have data projectors plus x2 PC’, in addition, we have approx 10 multimedia boards (Promethean) available & a computer suite with about 30 PCs
